20-21 High School Athletic Registration Open

Arcadia High School 20-21 Athletic Registration is now open! You will find the registration site on the School District of Arcadia’s website ahs.arcadia.k12.wi.us/athletics-activities. All students need to complete the district’s Online Registration (www.arcadia.k12.wi.us/enroll) prior to participating in athletics.

To view your child's last physical on file please check your Parent Portal or email. 

1. If your child’s physical date is on or after April 1, 2019, they are good for this year. Please note the date for the athletic registration in case you need that date to complete the process.
2. If your child’s physical date is on or before March 31, 2019, then your child needs to schedule an appointment with your medical provider to complete a physical. Use that physical date for the registration and upload the new physical.
   1. NOTE: If you are unable to schedule an appointment with your medical provider due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the WIAA has offered relief for the 2020-21 Athletic Season. If your child’s physical date is on or after April 1, 2018, the physical may be valid for the upcoming 2020-21 seasons. You will find the documentation that you must fill out in the athletic registration site. Once athletic registration is complete, the athletic department will review the submission to determine your child’s eligibility for participation. If they do not qualify for the exemption, we will contact you for your next steps in having your child become eligible for athletic participation.
   2. If your child’s physical is on or before March 31, 2018 your child does not qualify for the exemption and they will need a physical before being allowed to participate in any athletic program.
