A Celebration of Language

Families of students who took the ACCESS English language proficiency test last school year were invited to a celebration of language event held at the Memorial Park Pavilion on September 16th. Families enjoyed food, games, face painting and socialization with others. Students were recognized for their hard work and achievements related to their growth in language development. Fourteen students exited the EL program this past year and a large majority of students had an increase in their scores. We are so proud of how hard the students have been working to increase their English language proficiency.
