Congratulations Abigail Goebel Elementary School Counselor and recipient of January's Stronger Together award.

Abby helps even our youngest learners begin building the skills they need for the future they choose. She teaches students how to solve problems, work through challenges, and develop confidence in themselves. Abby listens to their worries, celebrates their successes, and guides them in setting small goals that lead to meaningful growth. By fostering kindness, resilience, and a belief in their own abilities, she lays a strong foundation for lifelong learning and success.

Abby creates a positive and supportive environment where students feel safe to learn and staff feel encouraged to collaborate. Through her dedication, she builds connections that make our school a welcoming and vibrant place where everyone can grow. She consistently goes above and beyond her role, maintaining high standards, respecting confidentiality, and modeling integrity in every interaction. Her dedication to students, staff, and families reflects her strong commitment to professionalism.

In addition, Abby demonstrates exceptional collaboration by serving as a co-coach for our PBIS team while continuing to excel in her role as school counselor. She brings staff together to share ideas, encourages student voice, and ensures that PBIS practices support every child. She holds herself and others to high expectations, showing that strong relationships and teamwork are essential to creating a positive, equitable school culture.
