Congratulations to Andrea Eisner, Middle School Principal, for being named the October 2025 Stronger Together Staff Recipient!

Each month all staff members have the opportunity to nominate their peers for the School District of Arcadia Stronger Together Award. The purpose of the Stronger Together Award is to recognize employees who serve our district in an exceptional manner by collaborating with staff, inspiring students and engaging families.   

Congratulations to Andrea Eisner, Arcadia Middle School Principal, for receiving October’s Stronger Together Award!

Andrea requires students to be responsible and accountable for their actions and behaviors, while at the same time acknowledging and cheering them on with all their accomplishments. She truly wants the students to be successful, and because of this, the students respect and admire her. Andrea also allows teachers to do their jobs—teaching—while encouraging staff to continue their education and training so they can do their jobs even better. She is friendly with all staff and students, always approachable and supportive.

Andrea is also quick to step in and help out wherever she is needed. She helps with problems and resolves issues quickly and effectively. She doesn’t hesitate to cover classes, lunch or recess duties, or even bus duty—whatever is needed to get the job done, Andrea is there. She is the definition of professionalism, carrying herself with the competence and skills expected of a great principal. Her conduct, her communication, and her ethics are all geared toward one goal: making Arcadia Middle School the best it can be.

Because of Andrea’s leadership, Arcadia Middle School has proudly been rated a 5-star school for quite a few years now. She has worked to create a team that functions so well together, and it is this teamwork that has made the 5-star rating possible. We all love our school and are grateful that we have such a dedicated leader in Andrea, someone who models professionalism, inspires growth, and pushes us all toward success.
