Congratulations to Jaycie Bahr Elementary First Grade Teacher, on receiving the esteemed March Stronger Together Award. Jaycie greets her first graders each day with the kindest heart and the warmest smile. She truly lights up a room, and her students feel that energy the moment they walk through the door. She welcomes every challenge with grace and perseverance, holding high expectations for her students while making it clear that she holds each of them in her heart. Her classroom is a place where students feel both supported and inspired to do their very best.

Each day, Jaycie comes prepared with new and engaging teaching strategies that keep her students excited about learning. She gets them up and moving, leads by example, and provides hands-on experiences that make lessons meaningful. Her students take pride in their work and strive to achieve at a high level because she has created a culture where effort, growth, and achievement are celebrated. The rich and vibrant environment she fosters can be felt immediately upon entering her classroom.

Ms. Bahr demonstrates true professionalism through her willingness to collaborate and seek support when needed. She actively works alongside colleagues and support staff, welcomes new ideas, and thoughtfully implements strategies that benefit her students. She is organized, consistent, and dependable—qualities that provide stability and confidence for her class each day.
