Congratulations Kim Patzner April 2025 Stronger Together Recipient

Congratulations to Kim Patzner, Arcadia High School Special Education Paraprofessional, and the April 2025 Stronger Together Recipient.  Kim is an incredibly dedicated paraprofessional who works tirelessly to prepare her students for the future. She meets them where they are, making thoughtful accommodations while still holding them to high expectations. She never lets a student’s challenges become a barrier to their success. Instead, she creates an environment where all students are encouraged to grow and thrive.

Kim creates a fun and engaging classroom environment, which encourages her students to participate and contribute with enthusiasm. Her inclusive approach to learning helps all students feel involved and excited to be part of the class. She works closely with her students, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and valued—fostering a strong sense of belonging.  Kim’s impact extends beyond her own classroom. The students she supports come into my classroom more confident, focused, and ready to engage, making the learning environment better for everyone.

One of Kim’s most admirable qualities is her extraordinary patience. In a role that can be one of the most challenging in the school, she consistently demonstrates kindness, professionalism, and unwavering support to both students and colleagues. Her preparation and dedication make my job easier and our shared teaching environment stronger.

Kim believes in her students' potential and sets clear expectations for their growth. She helps them build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to succeed not just in school, but in life. She is shaping them into capable, contributing individuals with a bright future ahead.
