Each month all staff members have the opportunity to nominate their peers for the School District of Arcadia Stronger Together Award. The purpose of the Stronger Together Award is to recognize employees who serve our district in an exceptional manner by collaborating with staff, inspiring students and engaging families. Congratulations to Carmen Ramirez, Middle School Administrative Assistant and recipient of the December Stronger Together Award.

Carmen provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere as you enter the Middle School office. You will find her with a smile and ready to lend a helping hand to any student, family or staff. Carmen puts in great effort in building strong relationships with all students. They trust her and they feel comfortable turning to her for guidance and support. If they are worried or not feeling well, they know they can count on Carmen to be there for them. She is a rock to everyone in the Middle School and a strong shoulder to lean on.

In her daily tasks, she provides translation for families and seeks to meet their needs with compassion and respect. Carmen's presence in the Middle School provides a safe place for families, students and staff. She ensures that the school runs smoothly and everyone is taken care of in a professional manner.
