Congratulations to Jolynn Wendt, Little Raiders Childcare Director and recipient of the December Stronger Together Award. Mrs. Wendt strives for Little Raiders to be welcoming for all families and their safe space. She encourages each child to be the best version of themselves and supports them through individualized care to ensure they succeed. Her team focuses on building an atmosphere where all children are provided the tools needed to learn and grow.

 

Jolynn wears many hats throughout the day and does it with compassion. Not only is she a role model for students but also her staff. The strength, passion, love and determination she displays ensures those around her feel cared for. Her first priority is relationships and fostering those through all life stages, staff and students alike. She is constantly finding resources for families and advocating on behalf of the child or family. Mrs. Wendt continues to find growth by taking advantage of any opportunity that benefits Little Raiders Childcare. Some ways include finding fun new lessons, facilitating positive energy and creating a safe place for all. The School District of Arcadia is grateful for Jolynn and appreciates her dedication to the Arcadia community.

The purpose of the Stronger Together Award is to recognize employees who serve our district in an exceptional manner by collaborating with staff, inspiring students and engaging families.
