COVID-19 Vaccination Resource

AMI is offering a free COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the Wanek Center on Tuesday, Sept 7th 1-4pm for staff, students, families, and community.  Walk-ins are welcome.  The Johnson and Johnson and Pfizer vaccines will be available for adults.  

If your child is 12 years or older and would like to receive the vaccine, please complete the form and return it to the school office by Monday, Sept, 6th.  Parents do not need to be present.  Students will receive the Pfizer vaccine.

AMI está ofreciendo una clínica de vacunación gratuita COVID-19 en el Centro Wanek el martes, 7 de septiembre 1-4pm para el personal, estudiantes, familias y la comunidad.  Las personas sin cita previa son bienvenidas.  La vacuna de Johnson and Johnson y Pfizer estará disponible para adultos.  

Si su hijo/a tiene 12 años o más y le gustaría recibir la vacuna, por favor complete el formulario y devuélvalo a la oficina de la escuela antes del lunes 6 de septiembre.  Los padres no necesitan estar presentes.  Los estudiantes recibirán la vacuna de Pfizer.
