Elementary School Leaders of the Pack January 2026

4 Year Old Preschool

Keily Cruz Bautista- Keily is a great example of a kind friend - always willing to help others and caring for them. She enjoys participating in learning and consistently displays PAW Pride! We are happy to have her in our class!

Jaime Aguilar- Jaime is a great helper who always goes out of his way to clean up on the playground. He participates in group activities and consistently does his best. His sense of humor is a wonderful addition to our class and is appreciated by both classmates and teachers. Jaime we are so glad you are a part of our class!

Ileydi Gonzalez Reyes- Ileydi is aware of her peers and their feelings. She encourages others when they need support by offering a helping hand or a comforting hug. Her kindness and empathy make her a good friend in our class.  We are so glad to have Ileydi in our class.

Hadley Loeffler- Hadley is an amazing student that works hard at all that she does. She is an amazing artist and a great writer. Hadley shows Paw Pride when she helps her friends follow directions in the classroom.

Leo Martinez Chavez- Leo shows his Paw Pride each day in all that he does. He comes to school with a smile and is getting more adventurous in trying new things. He is a great role model for walking in the hallway and using his manners.

Adan Gomez Bahena- Adan is a wonderful helper to Ms. Patty when she comes in our room to support one of our friends. He even went out of his way to help her navigate our classroom and find her a chair to sit down in before going back to his carpet spot. He never has to be asked to assist her when he notices it's needed. We are so proud of Adan and his big heart!

 

Kindergarten

Yareni Aguilar Mendoza- Yareni does a good job of listening in class.  She gets along well with her classmates, and always has a smile on her face.

Alejandro Izaguirre Carreon- I know I can look to Alejandro for a helping hand in the classroom.  He's a hard worker and  pleasant to have in class.

Max Zapata Badillo- Max is a responsible, good-natured student.  He listens well in class, and in always ready with an answer when called on.

Allisson Ortiz- Allisson is a girl who finishes her activities, helps classmates when needed she has accomplished a lot in such a small time, we are so proud of her!

Diego Choncoa- Diego has been working very hard in the classroom!  He does a great job of completing his work with detail, and is very kind and respectful to his friends and classmates.  Keep doing a great job, Diego!

Gadiel Sandoval Sandoval- Gadiel has been doing a great job of showing PAW Pride in the classroom and our school.  He is kind and respectful to his teacher and friends and does a great job of working, staying focused, and participating.  Keep up the great work, Gadiel!

 

First Grade

Leslie Aguilar Garcia- Leslie is always looking for ways she can help out! She is a leader, with a strong voice. She brings a smile to our faces each day. 

Angel Ardon Rosario- Angel comes to school ready to learn and with a smile on his face.  He is a great friend and is always willing to lend a hand to whoever needs it.  Angel tries hard every day to be Respectful, Responsible and Safe.  Keep up the good work Angel!

Astri Howard- Astri  is a kind, hardworking, and respectful student in our class. She consistently demonstrates a positive attitude towards learning and approaches tasks with effort and determination. In class, she follows expectations, listen attentively, and take responsibility for her learning. Good job Astri!

Danna Ortiz Ortiz- Danna is a very respectful and responsible student. She is always being a FANTASTIC listener and is always doing her job! She needs almost no reminders to follow directions! She is a very hard worker and is always trying her best! She has made great progress in adding and subtracting, also! Keep being awesome, kind, and hardworking, Danna! We are so happy you're in our class! 
Danna es una estudiante muy respetuosa y responsable. Siempre escucha con mucha atención y cumple con sus tareas a la perfección. Casi nunca necesita que le recuerden las instrucciones. Es muy trabajadora y siempre se esfuerza al máximo. ¡También ha progresado muchísimo en sumas y restas! ¡Sigue siendo tan genial, amable y trabajadora, Danna! ¡Estamos muy contentos de tenerte en nuestra clase!

Emma Willinger- Emma is always eager to help and has shown wonderful growth. She is consistently listening during instruction time, and shows great care by helping her friends feel better. We are lucky to have Emma in our classroom. Keep being you, Emma! 

 

Second Grade

Leo Sandoval Ortiz- Leo is a very hard worker and he does NOT give up.  He has been working extra hard to practice reading at home and at school.  Keep up the hard work Leo!

Ester Reynoso Vargas- Ester has shown so much growth in the classroom. She actively participates and always wants to share her thinking. Ester has demonstrated what a great leader looks like in the classroom. She shows kindness to everyone! Keep up the great work Ester!

Sophia Henkel- Sophia is a leader in our classroom because she works hard and tries her best every day. She actively participates by raising her hand and sharing thoughtful ideas that lead to amazing class discussions. Sophia shows kindness to everyone and is always willing to help others. She sets a wonderful example for our classroom community. Keep up the great work, Sophia!

Aylin Aguilar Ortiz- Aylin has been rocking it in the classroom! She is an excellent example of a leader! She works hard every day and she tries her best even when things get tough. I am so proud of Aylin! 

Gael Herrera- Gael consistently makes respectful, responsible, and safe choices in all areas of the school. He cares about his learning, his classmates, and his teachers. He makes each day better with what he says and does!

Jazmin Salmeron- Jazmin has been showing Mrs. Zeller's class what it looks like and sounds like to be a learner showing Paw Pride. She follows directions right away, helps those who look like they need it, participates in class, tries her best when doing difficult things and asks great questions. We're lucky to have her. 

Lluvia Cacari Silva- Lluvia shows us that to be a leader, you do not have to be the loudest. Lluvia is a student that others can look to to see what they should be doing. She is always on task, has helped teach others math strategies, and tries her best when working. She is shows Paw Pride day in and day out.

 

Third Grade

Santiago Mantufar Ramirez- Over the last month Santi has shown so much pride in making Paw Pride choices! He is excited to learn and be a leader for others. 

Yaretzi Aguilar Cruz- Yaretzi has been a positive students in our class the since the beginning. She is always focused and ready to go with all of our classes. She continually tries her best, and does  not give up when something is challenging. Keep up the great work, Yaretzi!
Yaretzi ha sido una estudiante positiva en nuestra clase desde el principio. Siempre está concentrada y lista para participar en todas nuestras clases. Se esfuerza continuamente y no se rinde cuando algo le resulta difícil. ¡Sigue así, Yaretzi!

Scarlett Reyes Cruz- Scarlett is one of the kindest students I have had the pleasure of teaching. She consistently goes out of her way to help others and bring smiles to those around her. Scarlett is also incredibly determined in her schoolwork, and her dedication has truly stood out this year. I am so proud of her progress and accomplishments.

Irving Aguilar Hernandez- Irving has worked so hard to use his time in responsible ways. He has grown to be a leader in the classroom and one of the first children ready to learn, every time. So proud of you, Irving. Keep up the great work!

Sofia Hernandez Reyes- Sofia has been doing a great job following paw pride expectations and regulating her emotions. She is working hard on all grade level assignments and assessments. We are so proud of how far Sof has come. Keep up the great work!

 

Fourth Grade

Jimena Puga Dominguez- Jimena has been working so hard all year. She strives for excellence in every part of our day. She is willing to go the extra mile always to succeed and be the best she can be!

Paisley Mercer- Paisley has been such a fabulous leader in the classroom! She helps all students, and is someone you can count. I’m lucky to watch her grow! 

Alicia Hernandez Reyes- A fourth grader who listens and stays on track,
With kindness to share and a smile to bring back,
Always helping others—what a role model to act!

Montserrat Sandoval Sandoval- Montserrat lends a helping hand,
With kind respect, she takes her stand.
She listens well, brings warmth and grace,
And lights the room with her smiling face.
