Students Build and Design Robots in 8th Grade Explore

Students in 8th grade robotics explored building techniques to design a robot that can move through an obstacle course with ease and push or carry a ball to a target. This student driven explore course is a hands-on engaging experience. Students thrive when they are able to learn by doing. In addition to learning about how to code the robots, students will also collaborate, learn from mistakes and have fun. Problem solving is key in this class and is an essential skill for their adult life. Discovering untapped potential through engineering processes, critical thinking and decision-making skills are embedded in this course and helps them prepare for their future.
