On October 20th, twelve FFA members and Agriscience students worked in conjunction with Arcadia Sportsman's Club and the Wisconsin DNR to plant over 5,000 fish in streams in the Arcadia area.  We started at the Joe Sendelbach Farm where we collected the fish out of the Sendelbach rearing pond.  The Students and DNR staff then went to nine different streams to release the fish; approximately 2,500 Brown Trout and 2,500 Brook Trout were planted.  The Arcadia FFA has been involved with this project for over twenty years.
