PARENT PORTAL

Before you begin the enrollment process, please have the following information available:

• Household information -- address and phone numbers
• Parent information -- work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
• Student information -- demographic and health/medication information
• Emergency Contact - addresses and phone numbers.

1. Click the Parent Portal button above
   • If you have forgotten your username or password, please click the links below the "Log In" button or contact us at 608-323-3315.
2. Click More>Annual Update
3. Begin the registration process for returning student(s)
   • ​If adding a new child/sibling, click Add New Student while on the Student tab. If not, simply review/update each returning student’s information.  ​
4. Click the red submit button
5. If you added a new student, you must bring the following documents to the new student’s school or Registrar located at Arcadia Middle School, to complete the registration process:

• Birth Certificate
• Vaccination Record
• Guardianship letter (if you are the guardian and not the parent)

4. You must bring the following documents to the new student’s school or Registrar located at Arcadia Middle School, to complete the registration process.
