1. Family Policy and Procedure Handbook
2. LRCC Illness & Policy Guidelines
3. Procare Sign Up Directions
4. New Payment Form 
   1. Please turn in directly to the Program Coordinator or Director if you need to update payment information
5. Child Health Report
   1. If your child is under 2 years old, a new health form needs to be signed by a doctor every 3 months
   2. If your child is over 2 years old, a new health form needs to be signed by a doctor every year
